Once you’ve completed the improvements and fixes to the pathway, send us a Loom/video recording (no longer than 20 minutes) explaining your updated pathway, including the prompt adjustments and integrations. Please make sure to show the prompt updates made, a full conversation with the agent, and discuss and show edge cases you accounted for.

The pathway you will be working with is available on the pathway showcase page under “Support Engineer Recruiting Pathway” name. You can run a search for it. Please clone the pathway and make changes. This will require you to first sign up for a Bland account with your phone number.
The following are requirements of the pathway as specified by a customer who has tried implementing the pathway themselves. This pathway requires heavy modification, and as a result you will have to change node types, loop conditions, pathway descriptions, prompts, etc. You are also allowed to add / remove nodes as you see fit.
We encourage the use of external tools for API request exploration or any other part of the pathway. Feel free to use any information to create response prompts, variable extraction prompts, edge description, or for testing API endpoints. You are creating a pathway for Bland AI who is conducting a pre-screening for a support engineer. Here’s the rough conversational flow - make sure you are following the rules exactly as specified.
